Delivery times are dependent on your location but are typically 1-3 working days. Regional areas outside of metro areas, typically add an additional day to delivery estimates.
Important information
All goods will be delivered by Australia Post. Once your goods have been dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number if you have chosen express delivery.
Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receivers name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery; a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot.
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
Change of Mind
Prior to making a purchase, please ensure that you have carefully considered your decision, as we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind at this time.
Australian Consumer Laws
We follow the Australian Consumer Law and respect your rights as a consumer. Our Returns Policy doesn't limit or exclude any of these rights.
If you are a consumer, you have guarantees that we cannot exclude when you buy from us. If there is a major failure, you can get a replacement or refund. If the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards, you can get it repaired or replaced.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law do not have a specific time limit. However, remedies we can offer may vary depending on the product's nature, price, and how long it takes for you to return it.
If we suspect that the product was not purchased from us, we may reject the return. If you don't have a receipt, we may record your personal information to prevent fraud. We can offer you a store credit as a remedy.
Returns
If the product you received has a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us immediately. Please be aware that this policy does not cover any accidental damage, misuse of the product that goes against the manufacturer's instructions, normal wear and tear, or if you dislike the product's functionality. Once you have informed us of the issue, we will investigate the matter and determine if it is, in fact, a manufacturing error.
Warranty Information
All products we sell, excluding some categories of products as listed below, come with a statutory three month warranty.
Warranties are not transferable from customer to customer and are voided upon resale of any product.
Excluded Items
Batteries: To ensure that the batteries you receive are functioning properly, we offer a 14-day warranty period. This is because rechargeable batteries are consumable items that deteriorate over time with use. It is your responsibility to inspect each battery you purchase immediately upon receipt to verify it is charging and discharging correctly.
E-Liquids and Concentrates: Our e-liquids and concentrates, made with food-grade ingredients, are considered a consumable product. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect as required by the ACL. As taste is subjective and everyone is different, we cannot offer a replacement or refund based solely on personal preferences.
Coils, Cotton, Wick, and Wire: Due to their consumable nature and deterioration over time with use, the warranty for these items is not valid once they have been taken out of their original packaging and utilized.
USB Charging: Considering the diverse range of mods and chargers available, it is recommended to use a low-amp charging block to avoid the risk of internal damage to your mod or battery. If you have a mod that uses an external battery, it is advisable to charge it using an external battery charger for optimal charging and to prevent harm to your mod. The built-in USB charging feature should only be used for emergency or on-the-go purposes and should not be relied on for daily use
